Families of Children or Adults with Special Needs
Raising a child with special needs can be extraordinarily rewarding -- as well as extraordinarily challenging and stressful. I know, because I have a child with a rare medical disorder.
I've worked with parents of children and adults with special needs for over 20 years to help improve the whole family's quality of life.
I provide behavior management education and skills training to parents, extended family, and professionals including teachers, aides, and residential care providers. I have extensive experience providing training in both the school and residential settings, as well as facilitating support groups.
